A popular spray rose with large, double, golden-yellow flowers that fade quickly to light yellow and cream. They repeat-flower throughout the summer. The leaves are dark green, shiny and healthy.

The large, double flowers of this popular rose start golden yellow and quickly fade to light yellow and cream. They open from classically double flowers to a flatter flower that shows its stamens. Their smell is strong and sweet. ‘Arthur Bell' is a healthy shrub with dark green and glossy leaves. Mainly used as a parterre and in small groups between perennials.
