Blush Damask
Blush Gallica, R. damascena incarnataBeautiful shrub with overhanging branches and an overwhelming flowering in June-July. The medium-sized, very filled, often quartered flowers are varyingly light lilac-pink, and paler at the edge. They have a strong, pleasant scent. Their leaves are dark green.

The shrub is medium-sized 1.5 m and just as wide. In June-July an abundance of medium-sized, pleasantly scented flowers appears. They are in clusters. Their colour is irregular, changing lilac-pink in the centre and lighter on the outside. The flowers are very full, rather flat in shape and often quartered.
The branches are overhanging and densely covered with a dark green elliptical leaf with 5 to 7 leaflets.
Good as a solitary or in a group.
This rose appeared in England in the second half of the 18th century.
