Cluster rose, flowering from June until the first frost with clusters of medium-sized, single flowers, striking carmine red with a white centre. The shrub is growing strongly upright.

    A vigorously flowering shrub from 'Rush', with large clusters of medium-sized, carmine red flowers. The centre of the flower is white. The flower is very weather-resistant. The rose blooms abundantly from June until the first frost. The leaves are dark green and shiny. Ideal as a hedge plant, between perennials and as a cut rose. Can be pruned back to 50 cm in March and can then be planted 80 cm apart. If the rose is pruned to 15 cm each year, the planting distance is 60 cm. Small, round, dark red hips appear in autumn, which attracts birds to your garden. This rose was sold in 2006 as a humanitarian rose for the benefit of the projects of the non-profit organisation LOUVAIN Développement in the Congolese city of Bukavu. (http://www.louvaindev.org).
