This mulch material is ideal for keeping the soil in the garden or planter box weed-free. It has a natural appearance due to its dark colour. It ensures good water permeability and consists of finely ground wood fiber and tree bark of deciduous and coniferous wood. A mulch layer also prevents the soil from drying out quickly during the summer. The pH is 5-5,5. The product composts slowly. We have good experience in our rose borders with this covering material.
With a covering layer of 5 cm, 1 bag of 80 L is sufficient for 1.5 m².
