The strongest characteristic of this rose comes from its warm colour: golden yellow with bronze tones and a red edge. The flowers are large, classically shaped and the petals will open fully as flowering progresses so that the stamens are visible. The light scent is spicy. The plant is very disease resistant and vigorous. The plant also has good leaves, which are dark green and shiny. Suitable for hedges, groups and as a small climbing rose against a wall or pyramid.
