The 'Victor Parmentier' is a historic rose bred by the Belgian rosarian Louis-Joseph-Ghislain Parmentier before 1847. The flowers are medium-sized with a carmine-pink color and lighter edges, creating a unique pink shade that leans toward coral. They are densely filled with 26 to 40 petals, have a quartered form with a button-eye, and emit a strong, pleasant fragrance. This rose blooms once a year in spring or early summer.
