Caroline's Heart®
A lush, non-stop blooming shrub with large double cup-shaped flowers in racemes that show their stamens when they open. Perfect pink to light pink discoloration and with the strong scent of old roses and myrrh. Bushy, upright growth, dark green and strong leaves.

An extraordinary flowering shrub with the flair of the old roses. The large double cup-shaped flowers open at a later stage to reveal their stamens, attracting bees. They are a perfect pink to pale pink almost white discoloration and with a lovely scent of old roses and myrrh. The flowers are in racemes of 6 to 20 roses and stand on sturdy stems that elegantly protrude above a slightly glossy dark green leaf. The latter has 5 sometimes 7 sub-pages.
The plant grows upright and flowers continuously from June until frost. From mid-October, hips also appear, but not en masse, after all, there are still flowers.
'Caroline's Heart' is a maintenance-friendly, healthy garden rose. Good for borders, between other plants, as a hedge or screen and in pot. Very nice in combination with perennials such as Achilea 'Alabaster', Echinops ritro 'Veitch's Blue', Erisymum 'Bowles Mauve', ...
This luxuriantly blooming rose was one of the favorites of our employee Caroline (1971-2018), whom we named after her love for roses. Blooming generously, like the person Caroline was.
