Semi-double, old-fashioned flowers, opening flat in a pleasant, unorderly arranged manner. Light creamy pink or salmon pink, depending on the season, and flowering to cream. The flowers have a light floral scent. The following characteristics make this variety very interesting as a cut flower and in flower arrangements: - Straight stems with very few spines - strong petals, repeat-flowering, long-flowering and insensitive to weather conditions - flowers that can be picked both in buds and already opened; the open flowers keep very long. ‘Easy to Cut' is a well bushing rose with upright growth, medium height (100-120 cm, up to 150 cm depending on the pruning). Can be used as a polyantha hybrid provided that the rose is pruned low, then the shrub can reach 80 to 100 cm. Compact, dark green foliage with large oval leaves. The young shoots are red brown. In wet summers, the plant can have blackspot. This rose was given the name ‘Easy to Cut’ on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the BFAS Belgian Flower Arrangement Society in 1997. In case of drought, powdery mildew can occur.
