'Godelieve parmi les roses' is an elegant shrub rose, offering spectacular and refined blooms. Its cup-shaped flowers, approximately 6 cm in diameter, gathered in large clusters of 26 to 40 flowers, open in a soft pink shaded with salmon, with buds of a deeper salmon pink. Their delicate fragrance, both floral and spicy, is seductive in the garden or in a bouquet.
Very floriferous, this rose blooms profusely in June and July, then reblooms generously from late August until the frost. Its wide, fan-shaped growth habit, its healthy, semi-glossy, medium-green foliage, and its great hardiness make it an easy and reliable plant.
Versatile, this variety is equally suited to planting alone, in groups, in hedges or clumps, or in large containers. The flowers, borne on sturdy stems, are ideal as cut flowers.
Named in honor of Madame Godelieve Taelman, owner of the former Taelman garden center, but above all passionate about roses, plants and the garden.
