The medium sized, fragrant flowers of this Gallica rose are very double and quartered around a green eye in the center. They have a special colour: violet-pink with violet-grey nuance. The plant has an upright growth and is almost without prickles.

'Hector' is a Gallica rose with nicely shaped, characteristic flowers. The typical eye or button in the center of the flower gives the impression that the flower is bursting with petals.The dark pink violet colour is special because of the violet-grey shades. The plant has an upright growth and is almost without prickles. This rose from the Louis Parmentier collection is definitely worth a look.
