KazanlikThis is one of the roses grown in Bulgaria for the production of rose oil for cosmetics and perfume. The medium flowers are loosely filled, semi double and have a strong, sweet scent. The plant forms a large shrub with a gray-green leaf.

'Trigintipetala' is highly sought after for its essential oils needed for cosmetics, perfumery and medicine. The medium-sized flowers are semi-double to double and pure pink fading to light pink. They are in clusters and have a strong and sweet scent. The plant grows upright with large branches and can reach 2 m in height and width. By keeping the plant lower 1.50 m -1.80 m the branches remain upright and do not hang over. In the summer the rose blooms very exuberantly although we noticed that they bloom less brightly in colder wet summers. The leaves are grey-green, coarse and very healthy. The plant is ideal as a solitary, in a group or as a hedge.

Various damask roses are suitable for making jelly and other products, but if you are looking for essential rose oil, you should definitely plant a Rosa damascena 'Trigintipetala'.
